For 3 years I have assisted a multimedia studio with the launch of their online community, tracking metrics associated with its growth and activity, preparing messaging and server changes during each phase of new product launches, onboarding new moderators and interviewing applicants from professional communities, setting up integrations to assist with day-to-day operations, and hosting events to capitalize on waves of new user activity. 

The studio launched a Kickstarter campaign, where I was involved in the ideation phase, backer support, and setting up systems so backers could get digital rewards and attend special events. I've ensured that thousands of backers were informed of campaign updates, updated FAQs to address different stages of delivery, and responded to support tickets, escalating to studio management as needed. 

I've also kept community members informed of franchise development, providing news on partner updates and getting clarifications from studio lead on press releases and coordinating in-server messaging. For a brief while I helped the executive producer plan social media campaigns.
